Meghan Cocchiaro
Meet Meg!
I’m Meg, owner and lead organizer at Organized by Meg. I am a wife, mom to two boys, two dogs and two cats, and a former accountant born and raised in northern New Jersey (with a Jersey girl attitude to prove it). After burning out in 2019 from an incredible amount of “adulting,” I left the corporate world to be with my kids and take the time to declutter my home and reorganize my life. I launched my home organizing business in 2020 to share my passion for organized living and create the schedule and life I dreamt of.
Fun Facts:
I spent most weekends skiing in Vermont for most of my childhood. I now love skiing in Colorado! I am not afraid of change and getting out of my comfort zone because I know I will grow from it. I love to travel, studied abroad in Australia, and don't love to visit the same place twice - there's too many places in the world I want to see! I love true crime & puzzles.
Why organizing?
Being organized makes me feel in control. I have a knack for it and I want everyone to reap the benefits that living simply can bring! My favorite space to organize in a client’s home is a kitchen, a primary closet and a mudroom - in that order. These 3 spaces are so essential to the flow of your day. The messiest spot in my own house? My basement storage room. It's organized with a system, but it's also my dumping zone for "to be dealt with later."
My organizing advice:
Think about how you want to live and feel each day in your home. Then purge and organize in zones. Limit what you bring in and constantly monitor what's staying there.

Cina Kaltenback
Meet Cina!
Cina is an assistant organizer at Organized by Meg. She is a wife, mom to a boy, a girl, and two cats, and a retired massage therapist from Durango, Colorado. A lover of tidiness and order, she was looking to get into the organizing field when we met the week I moved into her neighborhood. I was relaunching my organizing business in Colorado and was looking to hire help. Cina would say that the the universe brought us together, but with or without cosmic forces, I am thrilled to have her help and more importantly, her friendship.
Fun Facts:
Cina loves to dance, go snowboarding and host parties - especially costume ones. She grew up on a farm with 3 brothers in the same town Napoleon Dynamite was filmed. She loves the mountains, red rocks, camping, hiking and wildlife that Colorado has to offer. She was a massage therapist for 25 years and truly enjoyed her time with clients.
Why organizing?
Cina says that organizing relieves her anxiety and makes her and her family's day run smoother. It also makes her happy to constantly rethink how her house can be more efficient. Her favorite space to organize in a client's home is the kitchen, but she enjoys change and the challenge of every space she tackles. The messiest spot in her own house? Well, her daughter says they don't have a messy space. Cina says....her inbox. (I agree!)
Her organizing advice:
"Set up an appointment with Meg."

Tricia Pacinelli
Meet Tricia!
Tricia is an assistant organizer at Organized by Meg. She is a wife, mom to three girls (including twins), a dog mom, and a former Human Resources professional from California. Wanting to escape the corporate grind, she became a stay at home mom while exploring work options that she would enjoy while prioritizing her family. Realizing she thrived on organization and getting people to achieve their personal best, she started organizing with me shortly after she moved to Colorado and has become a dear friend.
Fun Facts:
Tricia loves to do puzzles, go to punk rock shows, visit state and national parks, paddleboard and river float with her family and dog. She also loves to drive and explore the beauty Colorado has to offer. She has fulfilled one of her life dreams, which was to hike with wild mountain gorillas in Africa. During the same trip, she was chased by hippos…twice!
Why organizing?
Tricia says that being organized makes her feel ready to tackle life. Being on top of things saves her time and money and reduces stress in her life. She can’t pick a favorite space to organize in a client’s home - because she loves it all! She enjoys turning any space into a more organized, useful and productive space. The messiest spot in her own house (besides the rooms of her 3 daughters)? The catch-all-counter for kid’s school stuff. (Same, right?)
Her organizing advice:
Purge, purge, purge. Reducing things you haven’t touched in a year is the best way to stay on top of deciding whether you should keep an item or not. Also - don’t over buy.
